Our employees form their individual goal cards based on unit plans formed every year..
How is performance managed at TOFAŞ?
Our managers support their employees throughout the year to help them reach the goals defined at the beginning of the year. At the end of the year, our managers and employees carry out performance evaluation based on these goals using objective criteria.
