AOur aim is to hire friends who suit the TOFAŞ culture, with the competency to carry TOFAŞ towards its goals.
Through Which Stages do Candidates Go?
Throughout the course of the hiring procedure, we apply competency-based interviews, technical interviews, personality inventories, English tests and, depending on the nature of the position, analysis, presentation, or group exercises. The final stage is a reference check.
What awaits our new friends?
Orientation guides accompany our new friends to facilitate their adaptation to TOFAŞ.
General and personal orientation, a welcome cocktail and follow-up meetings, and personality inventory feedback are the other activities awaiting our new friends.
We support our employees who come from outside the city on matters such as accommodation, relocation and getting acquainted with the city.
